Welcome into The Therapist Circle.

It's Community,
It's Support,
It's Learning.
The Circle is for therapists who want a more thoughtful way to stay connected to the work. Not just to new ideas, though that matters. To the work itself. To the questions underneath it. To the parts of practice that get more interesting, and usually more complex, once school is over and you are the one in the room having to decide what to do next. It is a clinician-led community built for mental health professionals who want ongoing learning, case consultation, supplementary supervision where appropriate, and a professional space that feels steady, serious, and genuinely useful.
It is for practising therapists, counsellors, social workers, and supervised interns who are actively doing clinical work and know that real practice rarely arrives in neat categories. The difficulty is often not a lack of effort. It is that the field tends to give people theory, then leaves them alone with complexity. Risk decisions. Ethical ambiguity. Documentation questions. Cases that do not move the way they are supposed to. That strange professional loneliness that can set in when everyone around you looks competent and nobody is saying out loud that this work is hard. The Circle exists to make that part less isolating and more workable.

The Circle is where therapists come to keep learning, stay supported, and grow into the work with more confidence, clarity, and community.
Too many therapists are trying to build a professional life out of fragments. A training here. A peer thread there. Consultation, if they can find it. Supervision that sometimes helps, and sometimes mostly leaves them with more to sort through on their own. The field asks for a great deal of judgment, steadiness, and ethical clarity, but it does not always give people a place to keep building those capacities once formal training ends. The result is often a lot of effort without much containment.
The Circle is meant to offer something more coherent than that. More grounded. More useful in the actual day-to-day reality of practice. A place where therapists can keep learning, keep thinking, and keep refining how they work without having to pretend they should already know everything. It is not therapy, not crisis support, and not a performative online community. It is a professional home base for clinicians who want to do this work well, and want somewhere solid to return to as they grow.
